We Ship Worldwide

Shipping in India:  
We offer free shipping on all orders across the country. Shipping takes 3-7 days from the date of shipping. For express requests contact our team.

International Shipping:
We offer free shipping across the globe. However, we do not provide the cash-on-delivery facility for our orders outside India. Shipping takes 5-7 days from the date of shipping. For express requests contact our team.

Taxes and Duties

For Indian Clients:
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

For International Clients: 
For most countries, we ship garments on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning the product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, the buyer is liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country of residence. To release the order from customs on arrival, the buyer must pay these charges at the time of delivery.

Payments

All payments made against purchases/services on www.juhishekhawat.com by the client shall be for the MRP displayed on the website. This shall be done under the adopted and applicable terms and conditions of the third-party Online Payment Gateway Services. Prior to shipping the order to the client, Team Juhi Shekhawat may request the client to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used for the purchase. This procedure ensures that a secure online shopping environment is maintained for customers.

Juhi Shekhawat may employ Razorpay, PaisaPay, PayPal, and such other third-party facilities for payments on the website. The electronic transactions initiated through third-party facilities employed on the Juhi Shekhawat website are undertaken at the customer’s sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions, and other rules and policies as applicable.

While availing any of the payment methods offered by Team Juhi Shekhawat, please note that the team is not liable or responsible for any loss or damage, including but not limited to the following:  
(a) lack of authorization for any transaction/s;  
(b) exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and your Bank/s;  
(c) payment issues arising out of the transaction;  
(d) decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

Delivery

At Juhi Shekhawat, we strive to deliver the garment within the stipulated time mentioned on the product pages. However, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions, political disruptions, or strikes. We promise to keep you updated throughout the process.

In situations where the client fails to take delivery of the goods, Juhi Shekhawat may, at its discretion, charge the client for additional shipping costs. The contract cannot be repudiated if Juhi Shekhawat fails to deliver one or more products within the given time frame due to circumstances beyond our control.
