- Juhi Shekhawat merchandise is handmade in India and is very delicate. If the product is not taken care of or is mishandled, it can lead to damages to the merchandise, and Juhi Shekhawat is not liable for the same. We do not advise rough handling of our products.

- The price of Juhi Shekhawat merchandise is inclusive of GST. The VAT charged will depend upon the order’s shipping location. The tax rate applied to the order will be the combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates, in accordance with the shipping address. Juhi Shekhawat reserves the right to collect taxes for shipping charges wherever applicable.

- You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without Juhi Shekhawat’s prior written consent.

RETURN POLICY

We, at Juhi Shekhawat, strive to build a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience for our clients. At Juhi Shekhawat, we practice and strictly follow our standard company protocol across all direct points of sale, which is to not endorse any return or exchange policy, irrespective of domestic or international orders, whether for off-the-rack pieces or made-to-order ones.

However, we accommodate exceptional cases under the below-mentioned circumstances:

- If the garment ordered from Juhi Shekhawat is not received in good condition, that is, it is damaged or defective.
- If the garment exhibits an irreparable issue against the client’s specifications, for example – fabric covering, length issues, etc.

We would be happy to cater to client queries or grievances in such situations and will do our best to resolve any issue. Clients can get in touch with us over a call, WhatsApp us during business hours, or share their grievances via email. The email should clearly state the client’s issues along with reference images of the problematic areas in the garment within 48 hours of receiving the garment.

Kindly note that the customer can send the outfit back only after receiving confirmation from Team Juhi Shekhawat. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted without authorization, and customers will be held accountable for scheduling and managing the pick-up of products sent without prior intimation. While returning the outfit, please ensure that the returned merchandise is in its original state, that is, it should be unused and properly sealed in its original packaging. Once the garment is received, the sole discretion of accepting the return and exchange of the rejected garment lies with Team Juhi Shekhawat. This decision shall be based on the communicated timelines and the quality of the returned garment.

In case Team Juhi Shekhawat approves the return and exchange, a credit note with a maximum validity of 1 year, which can be availed even during sale time and is redeemable only at Juhi Shekhawat (via Instagram, website, or flagship stores) will be issued. Please note that we do not offer any returns or exchanges on discounted outfits. All issued credit notes are exclusive of any applicable shipping duties or tax amounts. These credit notes are issued for the MRP amount only.
